Dodge Common Rail Nozzles are easy to R and R. Included with your nozzles are detailed instructions, a tool to help you remove each nozzle, and a picture CD that helps you learn how to R and R the injectors and the nozzles. When you are done just put the core nozzles, the CD, and the tool back in the box and ship it back to us.

Electronic boxes can raise rail pressure enough to crack the nozzle, and the injector body. Over time this could lead to engine failure. Using pressure boxes is not recommended. Nozzles that are cracked cannot be used for a core. Also beware that some box manufactures claim they do not add pressure, but in fact they do. If it plugs into the rail pressure sensor then it raises pressure. Even some downloader's have the ability to raise pressure.
