This Dyna Max Kit features a full feramic lining on a marcelled fin. The pressure plate is modified for higher plate load and smoothness of engagement. This clutch was designed to cure premature disk failure in high horsepower and heavy hauling applications. This clutch is best suited for high performance purposes and sled pulling. As in all double disk applications regardless of the manufacturer these discs will make a slight noise at idle and under certain low rpm situations which is completely normal, this will not affect the life or performance of the clutch kit. This kit is rated for up to 750 horsepower and 1300 ft. lbs. of torque. Application: 2000.5-2005 Dodge 5.9L, 6 speed w/NV5600 trans, up to 750 hp and 1300 ft. lbs. of torque. THIS IS AN SFI APPROVED CLUTCH. LEVER TYPE PRESSURE PLATE WITH A HEAVY INCREASE IN PEDAL EFFORT. 12 CERAMIC BUTTONS PER SIDE OF DISC. All the clutch components in this assembly are made of steel. The center plate is lugged to fit the flywheel. This complete clutch has no special requirements for install. Kit includes-Pressure plate, 2 clutch discs, steel center plate, steel flywheel, throw out & pilot bearing, alignment tool, & pressure plate bolts.
