Application: 1994-2004 Dodge 5.9L, 5 speed NV 4500 and early 6 speed (NON-HO), up to 650 hp and 1200 ft. lbs. of torque. WE RECOMMEND UPGRADING THE STOCK INPUT SHAFT (1.25 INCH) TO OUR 1.375 INCH FOR DURABILITY HOWEVER WE CAN BUILD THIS CLUTCH FOR YOUR STOCK INPUT SHAFT. LEVER TYPE PRESSURE PLATE WITH A LIGHT INCREASE IN PEDAL EFFORT. 12 CERAMIC BUTTONS PER SIDE OF DISC WITH A DUCTAL FLYWHEEL. All the clutch components in this assembly are made of steel. The center plate is lugged to fit the flywheel. This complete clutch has no special requirements for install. It is a direct replacement for the OEM clutch thus it fits just like the stock one but works tons better. They hold the power but are not made for the abuse of sled pulling. This Dyna Max Kit features a full feramic lining on a marcelled fin. The pressure plate is modified for higher plate load and smoothness of engagement. This clutch was designed to cure premature disk failure in high horsepower and heavy hauling applications. As in all double disk applications regardless of the manufacturer these discs will make a slight noise at idle and under certain low rpm situations which is completely normal, this will not affect the life or performance of the clutch kit. This clutch is best suited for high performance purposes. This kit is rated for up to 550 horsepower and 1100 ft. lbs. of torque.
